Today we split into 3 groups.
Miss J’s group created some work to display in the local community e.g. doctors, hospitals and care homes. The work aims to share our learning on how to look after our mental health.
Miss O’s group focussed on the #beingactive aspect. Each group completed a rage of outdoor #time2talk #2minutewalk activities. They then practised the mindfulness technique of yoga.
Mrs F’s group read the ‘bag of worries’. Children completed a range of activities from drama, yoga, cartoon strips, breathing games and much more. The children learnt about how to cope with worries and strategies to help with our worries.
